6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

• Initial attempt at direct negotiation and resolution
• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator if direct negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as the final resolution method
• All proceedings shall be conducted in English
• Applicable law shall govern all disputes and interpretations

Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process and to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information disclosed during proceedings.
